Merrill Osmond's favorite store in Branson, Missouri is a wonderful Christmas Store called Kringles! Merrill took the Spirit of Christmas in Kringles and picked out some of his favorite Christmas Ornaments JUST FOR YOU! Not only was this ornament HANDPICKED and AUTOGRAPHED by Merrill, but he has also recorded a video for you with him holding the ornament and saying "Merry Christmas" and throwing in his own little flare of talking about this special ornament! The video will be sent to you on a CD disk that will play on computer players similar to Windows Media Player, Quicktime etc. This is a special ornament for a special holiday time.

A date will be given for the auction to close, on that date the auction will close at 9:00 p.m. CST. Times could change for different auctions so check for the closing time. All bids received prior to the stated time of the auction will be considered. The bids are silent so all bids may not necessarily appear at the time of closing as this is not an automatic bid process. However the highest bid e-mailed in by the bid closing time (CST) will be the bid accepted. You may e-mail your highest bid that you would be willing to bid and it will be bid at increments of a minimum of $5.00 per bid if you are outbid.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of receiving your bid. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, then we haven't received your bid and will not be responsible for those bids.

You will be notified by e-mail of your winning bid and you must respond within 24 hours of receiving the e-mail.

Your payment in full - must be received within 7 days of receiving confirmation of your winning bid unless other arrangements are made directly with Teresa. Payable by money order, international money order or PayPal (account is - teresa@merrillosmond.com) only please. If you are the winning bidder, you will be contacted at the close of the auction with the information on where to mail your payment. If you default on the winning bid you will not be allowed to bid on any item for one year. If a bid is in default of payment the item will go to the next highest bidder if the next highest bid is within $20.00. If the amount between the bids is greater than $20.00 the item will be put back up for bids starting at the highest bid price.

You will be responsible of paying the shipping & handling, and PayPal fees (if applicable) of the items purchased and in case of some higher priced items you may want to insure as well.

The bids will be updated as a higher bid is received, and the final winning bid will be posted. However, the person(s) bidding and the person that placed the winning bid will be kept confidential.

A number will be assigned to you that you will use for each auction.

There may be times that there may be some items that have more than one in quantity. If this is the case we will list the number available and others that have bid may have the opportunity to purchase the same item at the highest bid.

Again, you will be notified by e-mail and the same rules listed above for receiving payment applies.
